Sometimes its just enough to be here,
To hold to the moment
To breathe, to still be alive!
And its for ourselves and our non-acceptance
That we feed the struggle,
And our insecurity
That feeds the inner pain.
Sometimes its just enough to listen,
To hold the feeling,
To be aware
To feel the breeze.
And Its for ourselves that we cling to yesterday,
That we wont let go,
That we spin our webs
Of attachment and sorrow.
Sometimes its just enough to know,
To be going there,
To own the day,
To see the world.
And its for ourselves that we chose to stay there!
That we have feet in clay,
That we wont change the pattern,
That we chase the air.
But sometimes its just enough!

Have to agree with the rest on this, great piece and great sentiment.
We certainly are our own worst enemy, we are the ones who consistently beat ourselves up over things we cannot always change.
