Array ( [sid] => 166917 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Strange Pain [time] => 2011-08-02 11:30:53 [hometext] => It is just about sometimes having pain about not knowing what we want to do. [bodytext] => This pain I am feeling
Like I have never had before
Not sure when it started
But it hurts more and more

I feel it when I am driving
Listening to music that soothes my ear
Finding myself in other places
Just not being here

My thoughts are wandering
As I think about my life
Always thinking of my children
Always, thinking about my wife.

It is very hard
Always being away from who I love
All week long
I find myself praying to God above.

We don’t know what we have
If always taken for granted
Sometimes it’s hard to tell
If that love, is so deeply planted.

Back to this pain
That resides inside of me
I am not sure where I am
I just know I want it to flee.

At a moment in my life
When things just seem so strange
Losing sight of what I want
It has gone way out of range.

I feel as if I sleep
Dreaming my life away
Wondering why I traveled so far
And yet here I stay

It seems so pointless
No reason to feel this type of pain
But yet I have this feeling
I hope it is not in vain.

Why do people feel like this
I really want to know
I want to find happiness
and make this feeling go

I know you have read my poem
Please don’t worry about me
I am very strong
I will shake this pain, you will see.
