super ***** hero
a man with a grudge and a gun
when he sweeps through the night
killing everything in sight
the new dawn will be greeted by no one

abandoned at birh
unwanted, alone
bastard son of a violent rape
for nine months, so portable
a mistake, unabortable
Omega man in a world of apes

underestimated, no one saw the threat
just a phase
inbred psycho junkie
he'll grow out of it one day

one day

Absolute Zero
the new super hero
a boy who bled for Hate and revenge
no one will live to see
his supreme victory
when he drags this world to it's end

so often he cries (alone)
so slowly he dies (alone)
inside, everyday is his last
no one ever suspected
that something had gone so wrong
no one cared enough to ask

to his foster parents, he's just a tax write-off
at school, he's a joke, a loser
no one can understand his pain
no girl would kiss him
and no one would miss him
if he decided to open a vein

now, the last day of the same old hell
in his backpack, nine dozen shotgun shells
they won't laugh at him anymore
by the end of his spree
thirteen dead, twenty wounded badly
he's racked up quite a score

a trained sniper takes aim
at the kid with no name
one to the head, but Zero doesn't feel a thing
everything goes black
he'll never have to go back
to the world where he was Nothing

in his mind, what he did was not wrong
it was justified, it was pure
it was fair
so what if he was different
was that so damn wrong
why did they laugh, why did they stare?

youth, poisoned from birth
now returned to earth
just another crazy kid, playing the hero
another one gone, but he's not the only one
not the only kid with a grudge and a gun
he is not the last Absolute Zero [comments] => 1 [counter] => 227 [topic] => 13 [informant] => Cancer [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

That was so good and so deep. It's ashame how kids are so cruel to each other. How they pick on those who they think are different. But people don't realize were all different in our own way. So sad so sad. Excellent write.
