[bodytext] => We know not from whence That it has come. It touches all From it’s invisible home. It flickers lightly Against our cheeks And is hidden from Everything it seeks. An Eagle soars Right from it’s nest. It’s wings unfurled, As it passes it’s test. It knows not what Lifts it to it’s heights. It can depend on it Both day and night. A Buzzard glides As it circles around. Keeping out sharp eyes For death on the ground How can he stay For so long aloft? It’s a thing named “Breeze,” The birds know it not. We have a spirit And we can’t see where, It hides from us But we know it’s there. Every now and then One of them departs. From a life long lived To a fresh new start! Lord take my spirit In my time of need. Lift me up high This I humbly plead. I know you can Do all things with ease. Send your cooling breath, The Eternal Breeze! Inspired by: JEHOVAH GOD!
