the many days
i daydream
are the days of
me missing you
sometimes i can't help myself
but wonder
will our love come back
together once more
or will it be another memory ?
the love that we share
i can't help
but think about it
our bond, our connection
is one that i can't find
with another
yet with only you
the connection we have
is once in a lifetime
yet will always be remembered

| ahhh memory. I wrote a metaphoric poem about this called "red petals in the snow" a while back. One of my favorites. Truly our memories are our greatest treasurers. |
