[hometext] => Trying to get use to using assonance , consonance and alliteration in my poems. See what you think.
[bodytext] => ~***~ Past the trees and silent hills I run to where my heart desires knowing not and needing not woes or worries , food nor fire. I rush and touch the clouds so high whipping , wild and running free through the rain and o'er the moor , ocean , forest and moutain range. I love the seas and see below pirates smiling , dashing o'er wild waves and who may know to where their bold adventure goes. They , like me , are wild and free and none could hold us to a room. A stay to long , for vagabonds , feels to often like a tomb. Better we should take our leave and flee toward horizon far where wizards stalk the mountain top ; where things of lore still haunt the shores. Perhaps you scoff or cant believe but I have seen the centuries and I will see them evermore for I'm the wise , the wild wind... the wise and wild wind. ~***~ [comments] => 3 [counter] => 213 [topic] => 27 [informant] => doug [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => NaturePoetry )
