Colors of change; As this pain rushes
through my chest and my vision fades to black,
death feels immanent,,,
Colors of change flash as vivid revelations in
my mind,,,
All the things I want to do and see,
hoping Ill still have the chance if I make
it out alive,,,
This jolt has me amply awake to what's really
of great magnitude to me,,,
Colors of change tame my soul,,,
I want to leave nothing left unsaid, lest
tomorrow never comes,,,

| I like this, but it doesn't really follow a set rhyming pattern so technically I guess it doesn't count as poetry, still it flows nicely none the less. Good read :) |
