To walk again to enjoy the sun on your face to be out of pain.
To enjoy a nice cool breeze on a hot, sunny day or to be well again to enjoy buttoning up your coat because you're watching a beautiful snowfall.
And to walk to the store for something or maybe even more things.
I hope it will be soon.
To enjoy a warm stream running through your toes on a hot summer day.
I can almost taste it.

Ahh, I enjoyed your poem, if enjoyed is the right word. I am currently listening to the hedge growing and watching the weeds wave at me, while I recover from heart surgery. Your poem drives home the point about taking everyday things for granted. Ahh give it a few months and the weeds will be getting more than a hard stare. Thank you for your poem. I don't feel so alone right now:)
