Let generosity of spirit bleed your life across the page.

Ink for the quill!

Draw your soul to the surface of exhaustion till there is no
Choice but to lay it bare to the world.

Dry your tears of experience on parchment, and let definition
Surface to open eyes and ready hearts.

Take all the rage of life’s injustices and watch the flames rise, till
All that remains is ash.

Trickle memories and illuminations in descriptive expressive bites,
To feed those who seek solace in Nature.

Dive into the depths of inspiration bringing souls to bathe in purity,
Surfacing with a will to change.

Play with the spirits till they dance!

Bring darkness from a walk with the devil till all that is left is a chill!

Then, when you think you have reached the pinnacle,

Compulsion is the voice that calls for your life!

Yeah, no doubt!!!!!

Lovin' this poem. But then again, you've made such a valid point that I just may go back and remove all my poems because I share too much. :p

Take care, you awesome poetess!

It's a very brilliant use of words, one that encourages someone to write, says why, above all, understanding the complexity. It's very nice... I've always thought true poetry was about truth, a gift given to others by the letter writer, sadly shared by so few.

Thank you!
Peace!

Hi Anna,

Sounds like the week that I've just had!!
(just kidding.........)

It's all there - everything that should inspire
us to put pen to paper - so what are we
waiting for???

Inspirational! Well done!

I don't write much anymore but I do take joy in your writing and if this cant stir someone then I'm not sure what can. Your hand has always been steady and true and all of our eyes are the witness to your art.

"Bring darkness from a walk with the devil till all that is left is a chill!"

That line is awesome and I kept coming back to it.
Such talent in your words.
