Time passes, tears don't seem to fade away.
Each moment complex, a struggle to just breathe
tears streaming again today at times, can hardly see,

Dad had his 94th birthday celebrated today.
We spoke on the phone, I heard tears in his smile.
Emotional yes, a struggle lives on
now that our Kelly, no longer lives on.

I know he is gone, but then those moments come
I just cannot believe it still, he is gone he is gone.
I wont have another moment with him on this earth
not one more laugh shared, not a whisper, not a smile
not another ride on his Harley, it's all over now.....

Our family so complex, and time just went on
everyone alone in their own dysfunctional song
gathered again, but to bury our own
stigma of how much the time has flown.

Time passes, still all surreal, gathering pieces
whispers of wind in my ears, dreams in the night
oh God this isn't right, I don't want to do this, not at all right now
no undoing it, it happened this way, you are gone, day turns into night, night again into to day....

I sit half broken again tonight,.......

Mom and dad shared a bowl of your favorite ice cream today
Tin roof Sunday, and cried a bit along the way...
and no no no no things just aren't the same
and I'm not really sure if they will ever be again......

God bless you, Michelle. This is so sad but I know Kelly would want you to be happy. It isn't goodbye, he'll wait for you to see you once again.

I felt the sadness in this, it is touching a deep
part of the soul, anyone who has suffered a
heartbreaking loss will see in your words a
kindred spirit to theirs. I offer my poor words
of condolence and understanding for your loss,
take care and peaceful rest to your loved one
in that beautiful valley in which each of us will one day walk

Dear Michelle,- Timotheus is so right. You have not lost your dear one at all. He is alive and knows of your pain He has the wish that you be happy as he is. Do not begrudge him his happiness to see through all things and to have known the Lord of Life to be with Him forever.
Take heart and be consoled with this knowledge.
Abundant blessings
