Daddy said he was getting kinda cold

He told me to sit right to him

Wrapped me in his blanket

As he watched TV

He puts his finger in my mouth

Which tasted like the smell cigarettes

And something else i did not recognize

It smelled like that stuff my mommy and daddy would share

I heard one of my brothers call it "weed" a while ago

I did not understand what it was

All four of my brothers sat on the floor watching "Dragon Ball Z"

While i close my eyes and hope

Hope they will turn around and see

What a monster he can be

But none of them ever did

This B*stard! How dare he?

Isn't this what my mother is for?

Not his 3 year old daughter

Suddenly caught up in thought

He gets up and goes by the stairs

"Cmon follow me"

I stood there mute

I could not move

Scared out of my mind

But i knew i had too

If i didn't, it would be much worse

I followed him upstairs as he opens my mothers bedroom door

"Sit on the bed" he spit out

So i do

How much i regretted it, every time i sat on that bed

When i look at him he locks the door

This is when i usually started crying

While the tears stream down my cheeks

I wish for my mommy

How does my mother not notice?

Is the kitchen that far away?

No, last time i remembered it was right beneath us

As my mother cooks dinner

Her "Man" Takes advantage of me

Her "Baby daddy" Takes advantage of her 3 year old

As my "Father" Takes advantage of me

As he does all the things he is supposed to protect me from

I get more scared by every thrust

I am in pain

I cry out more

I hear footsteps coming up the stairs

Yes! Yes! i scream in my head

He pulls my hair until my ear is up to his mouth

"This is our little secret okay" He says in a thick Spanish accent

I nod my head as i sob some more

As he lets go of my hair i run towards the corner and pull up my pants fast

Daddy Quickly zips up his pants and unlocks the door

He walks over to the closet and picks up some candy

He hands me the candy and tells me

"Remember its a secret"

"But why daddy" i always asked

"Because if you tell, ill go to jail again, and that will make mommy sad.

Plus no one will believe you anyway"

I nod my head and take the candy

The door opens and my mother walks in

"Why are you giving her candy?" my mother snapped

"She was hungry" Was all he could say

"You knew i was cooking dinner!" my mother yelled

"I am sorry" My daddy would say as he stroked her cheek and her bottom

They walked down the stairs hand in hand

One by one

By every step

My heart sank deeper

Deep into my stomach

As i wished it would all end

"Please god" i would say "Save me"

But apparently god wasn't listening
