Yet again I have brought this on myself.
Yet again in the hellish building.
Yet again in my head the shadow appears.
Yet again the thoughts are confusing.
Yet again the anger comes and goes mixed with sorrow.
Yet again I am watched and followed by unseen people.
Yet again all motivation has gone.
Yet again I will be confined in this house.
Yet again I will never escape.
Yet again never asleep, always changing.
Yet again no one to talk to, nothing to say, always awkward.
Yet again you started to talking to me to begin with, but now I continue with the awkward one way conversation.
Yet again the social anxiety has begun.
Yet again I fell for someone I cannot have.
Yet again I believed you when you said 'I love you'.
Yet again I lose someone important.
Yet again I have loved and lost.
Yet again I am alone surrounded by people, always watched. Always followed.

Wherever you may be, you’re still with me.
Asleep, or in a crowd, or all alone
I never see your face. Your words carry such torment and sorrow. It is a state that so often one finds itself in with no foreseeable way out. This write pulls at the heart strings. Very intense write. Thank you for sharing, P

"alone surrounded by people" has to be the very lonliest feeling there is. Been there - it's no fun. Tough feelings - well expressed. Hope for brighter days for you.
