[bodytext] => They invented the bin They invented the bin But gave no instruction what to do with it So the town folk just walked around them, throwing rubbish on the ground Soon the place was knee deep in litter When the inventor came to town He almost drowned Saying, oh my god what is this? I've invented this bin for you to put the litter in, so why are we drowning in rubbish? The people who had not died arose and cried Oh that's what it is with no instruction on the side We just ignored it and let things slide And now look at the mess we are in If only you'd have given instruction We'd have put out waste in Well the moral to this tale is Put how to use this things on the side if you are an inventor Excuse me someone said, this tale sounds like a lie No one is that stupid, are they? Yes, it is a lie But heed or you will die Put your litter in the bin Or I'll come along and put you in by banjosandwitch 10/05/14 [comments] => 1 [counter] => 138 [topic] => 73 [informant] => banjosandwitch [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => abstract )
