I really like this, it is deep and magnetic, The best writing is that in which we can touch the core of the author; we can here. I think the true faith we all seek, is faith in ourselves; with such faith we don't have to guess or doubt. If we are honest, and it is the only way, we will find it.( Confessions are an example of such honesty.) We can't alter the past, but we can, as you so eloquently put it, gain wisdom from our mistakes. We cannot determine the future, but we can influence it by acknowledging that maybe the past could have been different.
Sorry if I went off on a tangent, but we are allowed to do that when we are appreciative of something, aren't we? |
