Maybe every moment has been misconstrued-
By me. Your unwitting, loyal, frienemy
I might have missed Cupid shooting aimlessly

Did you ever even care for me?
A crumpled leaf on your giving tree,
Or did you just like me on my knees...
Pawned servings to amplify my pleas

Or perhaps my verbs no longer make you stiff,
My words haphazardly jumping off a cliff
Be a dear, and please catch them before they fall
I'm shrinking in size, now only two feet tall

Do you hear me? Please don't run away,
I need you so much, I dare not say
I am nothing. With or without you.
Stark greys and black without your bold hue

Maybe my heart's home is far away from here
Devoid of love, on another stratosphere
My unlucky hand dealt to save you; not me.
So take this ***** write and set yourself free. [comments] => 9 [counter] => 583 [topic] => 69 [informant] => hauntedscorp [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => poets )

Firstly, it is far from *****. It's a poetic plea; honest and adorable. You are class.

I just had to sit here and absorb this with tears in my eyes for a minute or two. I feel so much of what you feel. Why do we trade so much of ourselves away with so little in return? is it that hard of a demand to be loved? If I could visit you I would, and we would be awesome! like a crime fighting duo, but an emotional demon fighting dou. this sounds really cool. comic book series???

whoever this person is they seem like a psychic vampyre, open the window and
get out the garlic they are not worthy of you! relationships can become so entangled
tho none are worth negativity to your soul, my friend, ~ha! there's a reason why i live
alone up on this mountain! take your own advice and set yourself free of humans who
are takers and not givers, you'll be happier for it in the long run, life is too short for such
nonsense, ~always remember you are a beautiful person, a talented writer and you matter!

hugs n' love nessa

The words you have left here so many times, so many ways, testify to your worth. You are valued. unique, and still searching for your comfort! Discontent makes us creative.. Were all our questions answered, what would we have to say? May you always be the seeker who invites us to think, and feel, and search as you do!
