i did it on a snowman in the park
until he fell over and it got dark
i did on the edge of a deep cliff
got up- looked down- and sniffed

did it upside down or backwards
sideways, sundays, days or nights
no- it did not matter where i was
so went to store for toys- 'cause

there were some almost disasters
just me- getting what i was after
and did it during a thunderstorm
made jean knees dirty and worn

those were some crazy wild days
making love happen all around
but i do not ever do it anymore-
watching blown bubbles fall to
the floor!

i did it on a snowman in the park

O.W. one of my fav's. What a brilliant wit! A somewhat apropos quote from Ocscar, "Youth is wasted on the young".

Wonderful poem, my friend. Yes...the things we did when young...Sometimes I can't envision the escapades of my youth with the man I am now. I will say it's a damn miracle I'm still alive.

A healthy regard for making the 'beast with two backs' .....I love it!

I believe you may have scarred that snowman for life!!! Thankfully their life isn't very long.

I want to go buy some bubbles to blow around now. Thank you.

Pssst...little secret, I have a slinky (a metal one) and this thingy that makes all kinds of colors when you press a button. Don't tell anyone, please.
