Silent, swift, and seldom seen; undefined and in-between;
Beneath our feet, above our skies, the living universe defies
Our prying eyes.

Worlds live in a drop of water. Molecules, their sons and daughters;
Ever-shifting swift dimension; fearful of our intervention!
(It knows well of our intention!)

Betwixt the darkness and the light; from heat of day to brittle night;
Water, air and light make mirth; changing forms for all they’re worth;
Solid mountains liquify; hurricanes rip angry skies;
The planet struggles to sustain, the majesty we long to tame.

For we are wont to take the best; and fill her graveyards with the rest.
Priceless treasures disappearing; in the name of engineering.

Play not games with nature’s force; lest she grant you swift divorce;
How lengthy would your victory be; should she grow tired of gravity?
Or simply take her clouds away; and watch us bake to ashen gray?

The more we know, the less we’re wise; we’re rushing toward our own demise!
I know you have a fall-back plan; so I will ask you once again:

When we’ve destroyed our habitat;
Where do you plan to hang your hat?

I'll hang my hat on Clecklar. It's a planet way out there a lot like earth but I aint tellin' anyone where it's at because I aint gonna want them ruining it too. It already happened on Mars, now we're here following the same path.

I absolutely love your brilliant way with words. Sooooooo smoooooth! Much enjoyable!!!

Thankies,

Me

A lovely combination of older ages of speech and modern, coming together much in the same fashion of these things you discuss.

Like the Bill Hicks comment of "It's only a ride", we continue to struggle, while those who benefit most of all struggle to remain in power, seeking to prevent any form of equality, and any form of true utopia. There's no need for any of it, when they can relish in their fortune and power.

But sadly that fortune and power attributed to the means of profit is very rapidly deteriorating this planet, and never will it be resolved, until we make the effort to end the fashion, end the norm.

It will be a gradual process, that will take much time, but if we don't take it, our descendants will never have the time them selves.
