I'm so many things I run short on ink-
I think I'm up, I know I'm down;
one moment jubilant with life then
dashed with a loved one's frown.

I'm teetering on a balance beam
I planed thin by design;
heaven knows my toes grip and slip to tears an inch,
a miles' inch, sometimes.

That changing face I see in front of me;
Oh, I know those eyes,
they try to fool this fool with rhymes
that rain is sunny skies.

But this way I feel; found, and as quick so lost,
tells me I'm my own employee at the same time I'm the boss;
it happens every day for all of us
on this ship life's oceans toss.

But the bus keeps coming, ever on the dime
a celestial schedule wrought;
so the steps I climb, every time
with the fare my first breath bought. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 183 [topic] => 21 [informant] => Invierno [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )

Oh pooh, oh Winnie, where oh where is Christopher
when the sun is sinking low

the life is left ajar
all the honey's just in an imaginary pot
you hope to catch the rabbit while there's still
time is all one could think

Oh dear rabbit please come home
Where we put on a party just fur you

And Tigger will be there too

It was his idea, I must, must, confess.

Of all the unfairest unfair things there is

The quiet rabbit read and wept
Oh yes, and I remember too
he confessed

For he did remember too

Peace!
