you had to say goodbye?
I gave you that second chance

you packed up all your shirts and pants
I gave you all my love

I then looked to god above

Where will all my memories go,

love is sometimes made unworthy by those who are insincere,
put some memories on a shelf and save for writing inspiration for
a later date.....

hugs n/'/ love nessa

Confirms an old theory of mine: my garbage disposal eats better than I do!
What a shame that we have to throw memories away. Your poem begs us to save the experience; and makes us consider what can be salvaged from such an encounter.
Knowing what didn/'/t work is not enough. If we keep wanting what we wanted, we will keep getting what we got!--This poem calls for changing our values, raising our standards, and trying the unfamiliar on for size--lest we repeat the same recipe with the same results! Hooray for the drain; an invitation to start with new ingredients, and find what we have never known!
