However not for ever but just until we can overcome our challenges and come out other side for the better. [bodytext] => photo IMG-20160924-WA0001_zpsrzq3kp5j.jpg

24-09-2016....

How terrifying life can be sometimes,
Ahead of us lies fields of mines.
The daunting task sends frosty chills down your spine!
How we wish we could just hide,
For pushing on may dent our pride,
And from that we can not hide.
Life demands action on your part,
For this challenge life has placed on your path.
But don’t try too hard - just be smart
And hide like this little fly -
Who couldn’t brave the sky,
For he knew he would surely die!

Time to reflect on our troubles can be a relief. It can open other doors. Especially with writing. Strength after pain. I enjoyed this. Well done

Your poem made me think of an old song (lyrics above). Thank you for that!

P.s "For pushing on may dent our pride".
Great line.

This is utterly enjoyable! A modern fairy tale to live by!
Run, hide, but never give up!
The photo is perfect! The rhyme, smooth as silk.
I do so love when you pontificate! You do it so well!
