Array ( [sid] => 18470 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => The Sea Sets Me Free [time] => 2003-06-03 06:05:00 [hometext] => this is a very wonderful poem, written by myself and a very good poet friend whom you all know and love! and her name is...Nessa! I want to thank her for doing this with me, I really enjoyed it! All the lines with a (1) by it are the lines i wrote...the ones with a (2) by it are the ones she wrote and i KNOW you said not to give you any credit for this, but what kind of person would i be to NOT give you any after you gave me these wonderful lines? thanks again Nessa! =) [bodytext] => (1) I walked on the beach beside this gentle sea
(2) Gulls, sun and water made me feel fancy free,
(1) The troubles I had no longer seemed so bad
(2) I gratefully thought of all the beautiful things i had,
(1) This beach is so warm on summer afternoons
(2) Clear sky, infinite horizen, with nature I commune,
(2) I must visit the seas again; I love this gypsy life
(2) The sea was then musical as a fluting pirates wife,
(1) Through all these things nature still hasn't shown me all she can do
(2) A peaceful feeling touched within' my soul and I just knew,
(1) That every little thing was again going to be alright
(2) I walked along the beach and went home to sleep tight [comments] => 9 [counter] => 233 [topic] => 43 [informant] => Stalkee [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )
