Array ( [sid] => 18843 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Your sweet cries [time] => 2003-06-10 01:25:00 [hometext] => This is a poem coming from the stand point of a women who aborted her child and realizes what she did now and that she cant take it back and she is apologizing...... [bodytext] => I hear a single childs cry
and look to heaven wondering why
I could not change my mind
I will never see my child shine
To heaven gone but not lost
I guess some one has to pay the cost
I didnt know what I had done
And now my price is that your gone
I was young with out a care
I know that doesnt make it fair
You would have been great I know
Because the stars in the sky show
I can see your beautiful face
of what you might look like today
You would have been perfect to me
But I am so sorry that I was naive
You must know I would take it back
All the burdens are now staked
I hate myself more everyday
To know I let them take you away
Out of my body your gentle self came
And now I must live with guilt and shame
You are my sun shinning sky
And each nightly dream I hear your sweet cries [comments] => 2 [counter] => 204 [topic] => 39 [informant] => CarrieLynn [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Grief )
