the way that many tried
just to make them justified
fulfilling dreams that God implied
excaping thoughts He trapped inside
theres no holding back what He has in mind
grabs the gun theres no faith to find
this is what your God demised

Is this what He planned for me
Is this the way it was meant to be
Will your God get the best of me
Why does He set the best men free
Why is God the death of me
Look at what Hes done you see
Brainwashed everyone of you and me
Death is our only destiny

Death by suicide
the way that many died
and on God they still relied
but Hes the One that stole their pride
now to heaven they've been deprived
denying access once they've arrived
even though He created their mind
He gave them death but their still denied

But did God not create the thought. if not then what does He create. Nothing He is unreal
a figment of your Imagination. that you let yourself believe. And your also letting yourself down. In the end there will be none.

As an athiest, you do not know who to believe
in. I guess I feel the same. If you would like you can believe in me I am real and I wont want your soul unlike any other god people
may choose. Or you could believe in yourself
thats the point Im trying to get across anyways
Why waste your life around a supposed God thank you for the support

That's a good point..... as are the ones in your comments. So now that you've heard from a believer and a non-believer, let's give this a try... I'm pagan, so even if I kill myself, the goddess would welcome me with open arms into her kingdom and start setting me up for my next life......

Great poem, and it explains the reasons I left my mother's God in the first place....
