Have faith
A child I once was a book unwritten
The blank pages you filled with right and wrong.
You placed an angle on one shoulder a devil on the other
Dressed me up and sent me out into the world.
Now you must have faith.
Now you must believe
The chooses I make
For good or ill have been influenced by you.
Your love I have received
The compassion you have given
Your tenderness so soft
Your caring so apparent
Now you must have faith.

Your triumphs I have celebrated
Your successes I have given praise
Your good I will always keep
Your soul a guiding light

Your wisdom I share
Your teachings I have learned
