Array ( [sid] => 21451 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Fade to Blue [time] => 2003-08-04 09:45:00 [hometext] => I had been talking with a friend who seemed a little down. A little later that night she was standing outside my sliding windows with a tear in her eyes. She said, I fade to blue. [bodytext] => As hard as she tried,
and with all her heart

A crystal tear fell,
for a love to be hers

A love she so desired
would not come on the wind
or the stars she stands beneath.

Where was that knight,
the guardian of her heart,
a gentle voice that held the key.

Silence was all that echoed,
her heart now painted with tears.

Reflections of one more night
her world would fade to blue. Crow

This is beautiful. I hope she gets what she wants and may her heart be painted with, not tears but, vivacious colours real soon! Such a caring friend she has in you. Good write!
Saira
