A score I'm yet to settle.
I am no longer fragile,
No longer like a petal.
I have will to push you back,
I have love to drive me on,
I have hate to keep me company,
to erase what you have done.
So give it your best shot,
But know that it's in vain.
Because you have lost the battle,
A loss that is my gain.
The scars you left ran deep,
But now they're just a scratch.
They remind me to be strong,
They helped me to detatch.
The scars that made it easier,
To hate you for what you are.
You knew you had it coming,
It was written in your stars.
So take it like a man,
Don't blame me for your loss.
You acted like you owned me,
But you were never my boss.
So think of what you've done to me
And the many more before
And prey we don't unite

You've hurt me once too many
A score I'm yet to settle.

Wow, this is an amazing poem. Very empowering, and a way to rant without sounding like you're whining. You did something very constructive with the anger and frustration that you are within every right to be feeling. Beautfiulright, very powerful. I love it.
