Array ( [sid] => 22521 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => The Winds of Burning [time] => 2003-08-30 21:45:00 [hometext] => everyone always gets upset about the past (i.e. slavery, holocaust) which i can understand. they were horrible events. but, what about the "witch" burnings. why no public outcry from new age witches? i think it's time to make amends, and burn some holy people at the stake [bodytext] => the winds of burning, blow again
this trial by fire, never ends
torch-lit twilight, glows again
the executions never end

night sky ablaze
with burning holy flesh
symphony of screams
as the flames caress
so many years ago
"witches" suffered the same
and now the holy man loses
at his own ***** game

the winds of burning, blow again
this trial by fire, never ends
torch-lit twilight, glows again
the executions never end

population decreases
as the fires are fed
world hunger ceases
now we feast on the burnt black dead
their ashes are scattered
by the flame-feeding winds
Anti-christian uprising
a new era begins

the winds of burning, blow again
this trial by fire, never ends
torch-lit twilight, glows again
the executions never end

freed from the rule
of the righteous FAKE
laugh at the fool
as he burns at the stake
no pity for him
for, no pity he gave
re-baptized in fire
now the whole world is Saved

the winds of burning, blow again
this trial by fire, never ends
torch-lit twilight, glows again
the executions never end

and even as the herd is thinned
more kindling can be found
and if there faith is so damn strong
why do they shiver at the fire's sound?
put through the hell they promised us
for our unholy sins
now gather 'round my friends and smell the flesh
that rides on the burning winds

their religion abandoned
the chapels burnt to ash
the fire's might took a religious reich
and consigned it to the past
no moral to this story
no lesson to be learned
just a note to the "righteous"
"you are all just like us
and, you too, my friend, WILL BURN"

the winds of justice, blow at last
mankind's mistake, erased at last
long-suffered hypocrites, finally pay
as the winds of burning, BLOW THEM AWAY [comments] => 13 [counter] => 272 [topic] => 34 [informant] => Cancer [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SongLyrics )

Holy shit. Your note made me laugh, the song has a great beat, and re-baptizing holymen in fire is a very humorous and appealing. Great comedy.

Reminds me of someone else who wanted to mass murder a religious people....what was his name? Oh yeah, IT WAS ADOLF HITLER!!!! You're nothing more than just another bigot. I hope you meet the same fate as hitler, too.

anonymous, i don't usually feel the need to defend myself against a coward. and i don't now. but, i do feel the need to correct you. i am not a bigot. i'm just looking to even the balance. christians killed "witches" after convicting them through absurd tests, so "witches" have every right to be pist off, and i believe it's time to even the score. think about it. christians are so giving, they want to make the world a better place, and they have a "glorious" afterlife awaiting them. so if we kill them, they will be feeding the poor and housing the homeless in their absence (giving and making the world a better place) and they will be ushered off to that afterlife they desire so much. so what i suggested in my write was actually a very thoughtful gift to christians. my plan would fulfill them beyond any meaningless sunday spent napping in church.
you call me hitler, but what of your sins. have you no stain upon your past? are you without fault? are you perfect? i don't know you, so i won't assume. you might be perfect. but, i doubt that you are. but, hell, if ripping on me (while hiding behind anonymity) makes you feel superior, then go for it. your pitifully low ego obviously needs a boost.
i'm sorry you are so insecure that you feel the need to degrade others from the shadows, in order to chase away your oppressive feelings of inadequacy. i hope that, some day, you find a way to feel good about yourself without having to drag others down with you.

best wishes
Hitler

So, you believe that a certain religious group should be punished for events that they didn't even do (it happened 200 years ago. They weren't responsible for it, nor do Christians condone it). And you say it would be good to kill Christians because they would go to heaven? You're just looking for an excuse to hate. And don't try to pull that "are you sinless?" deal on me. I'm not the one condoning the mass murder of a people.

Use whatever excuse you want, you're still condoning the mass murder of a religious group. Hitler had his excuses, too.

BTW-Anonymous, give my name, whatever. We're all in the shadows here. It's not like I know who you are. I only know you through the hate you write.

sounds like i'm not the only one hating. you are the one calling me hitler, you are the one who hopes i reach the same fate as hitler (and just a little note, in case you didn't know, we're all gonna meet the same fate as hitler buddy, we're all gonna die. yeah, i know, sad huh?)
i'm just gonna take a guess from the attitude you're presenting and the consistency with which you make mindless comments, that you are the same anonymous who has been leaving his droppings in my forum "heartwrenching...". not that it matters, just thinking out loud.
actually, i don't believe anybody should be punished for something that happened years ago. i believe that they should be punished because, excluding the few whom i know and respect, they get on my nerves and they seem to only desire what comes after death. so let them have it. more food and housing for the rest of us. i know they weren't responsible for it, i don't really care. if you read the description, i mentioned the anger and resentment some people still feel over slavery and the holocaust, and was wondering why no one seemed to mention the witch burnings.
and as for looking for an excuse to hate, i don't need an excuse, pumpkin. if i want to hate trees, then i'll hate trees, and i'll write about it too, just so you can have something to complain about. maybe then you can call me an "eco-killer" and run off at the mouth about my undying hatred for trees.
how do i know you don't condone 'the mass murder of a people"? maybe you do, and you're just too spineless to admit it. and i condone the mass murder of more than "a people". i fully support global murder. don't forget to bring up how i'll have to die for that to happen, like you did in the forum. i know i'll have to die for my dream to be fulfilled. i am prepared to end my own life, just as soon as i'm sure everyone else is dead. can't leave any survivors. i mean, what would Hitler say?

"BTW-Anonymous, give my name, whatever. We're all in the shadows here. It's not like I know who you are. I only know you through the hate you write."

looks like you're the one looking for an excuse. to be a coward. i don't mind though. if you are comfortable in hiding, have fun. at least i'll know that i can find you crying in a closet or cowering under a table, when my armies sweep through the land.
and for someone who has such a problem with my hate, you aren't exactly short on it yourself.

thank you for all the smiles you bring my way.
best wishes

Well, just to set the record straight, I have no idea what you're talking about when you mention the forum. I've never said anything about you on there. I've actually never posted on there, period. You have another anonymous guy who can't stand you?

Thanks for admitting that you want to kill Christians simply because you don't like them. Your admitting your racism is your first step to recovery! Dr. Drew Pinsky and Adam Corolla have founded assaholics anonymous, and they may be able to help you with your problem.

And just forgot to mention-I AM in the REAL army, and have just spent a year overseas helping protect your right to live and worship as you please (and will be spending another year doing so shortly). So I won't be hiding when your supposed army sweeps across the land. I'll be in my foxhole, ready and waiting. Bring it, chump!

Actually, I take that last line back. I'm not worried about your army coming for me, since no one wants to follow you anyway.

my deepest apologies for the "anonymous" mix up. i'm sure you can see how such a mistake would be easy to make, since you both have the same name and all. i guess i do have two anonymous guys who can't stand me. that's a real spirit breaker.

no, no, no. you misunderstood me. i don't just want christians that i don't like, dead. i want everyone that i don't like, to die. gee, what an *****, huh?

"Dr. Drew Pinsky and Adam Corolla have founded assaholics anonymous, and they may be able to help you with your problem."
assaholics anonymous, eh? i notice that your name is in the title. i take it you're a founding member. way to make a difference, phillip.

oh, YOU ARE in the REAL army. and you've been overseas "helping protect my right to live and worship as i please". well, how exactly have you been doing that? if you've had to kill to protect that right, then i'll have to point out that you have said, "even if you don't necessarily agree with the other person, they still have a right to live as human beings". so if you killed anyone, you're a hypocrite. simple as that.
if you haven't killed anyone, then all you are really doing is marching around with a gun, looking tough, scaring the women and children. gee whiz, hold on a sec while i organize you a hero's welcome.
don't get me wrong, i have total respect for people in the military. what i don't have respect for are hypocrites, and guys who swell up when they get their hands on a gun.

"Bring it, chump!"
hahahahahaha, haha, haha, ha, haaaaaa,......woooooh. i don't think i even have to say anything. maybe it would have been even cooler and more intimidating if you had called me "jabroni" or "candyass". hahahahahahahaha. oh god, my stomach.

"since no one wants to follow you anyway."
what makes you so sure? and don't be so self-centered and cocky. if you think my armies will be coming FOR YOU, then you are sorely mistaken. you will merely be another pitiful casualty along the way. your life will end, not with a bang, but with a whimper. a soft cry in the bleeding night. just another body. nothing special.

as always, great to hear from you.
hope all is well
keep beating down those scary women and children/or killing those who have a right to live. make me proud, phillip.

Philip? I have no idea who Philip is.

Anyway, the more you try to justify yourself to me the bigger an idiot you make yourself out to be. I'm bored, and you've shown yourself to be a bigot, so I'm done with you.

you're not bored, you're just tired of being made to look like a fool with your own words. and i notice you didn't answer as to whether you killed those "with a right to live", or just strutted around with a gun, scowling at toddlers. nor did you explain how you were so sure that "no one wants to follow me anyway". no matter. i didn't expect an answer from someone like you anyway, phillip.
yep, i'm a bigot. aw, what the hell, i'm a racist too. and a wife-beater, a child molester, a con man, an arsonist, and an extorionist. hell, call me satan if it helps you sleep at night, i don't care. and you are a *****, an idiot, and a punk. and i mean "punk" as in "a little *****, a constant servant to others, spineless blob of gutless, worthless flesh". i guess we all have our hang ups, huh?
next time you read one of my works that *****es you off, think before you type. maybe then i won't make you look like such a little ***** when i reply.

thanks for the laughs, phillip. wishing you the best.
