How did this romantic friendship begin?
Did you start it, or did I?
Or did God send down his special angel
From that wondrous place up high?

Did that special angel speak to me?
Did she also speak to you?
Did she touch our hearts with a magic wand?
Did she give us her blessings too?

My whole life has changed completely.
I can't believe the way I feel.
I tell myself every day,
These feelings can't be real.

Life seems so much more worthwhile,
Since you became my loving friend.
I feel so elated every day,
I don't want these feelings to end.

I love the things you say to me,
Thru your unique and special way.
How can I help but adore you?
Guess there's nothing more I can say.

How did this romantic friendship begin?
Did you start it, or did I?
Or did God send down his special angel
