on the subject of comments related,
If a poet can sigh, as senseless as I,
Then I'll bury the comments I hated.

The point is sometimes, I get me too cute
And hurt someone's feelings too much, to boot,
Believe when I say, I intend not this way
My gibes should be a touch more astute.

I'm a kidder, a jester, an all around pest
I don't mean to harm, only add zest,
But sometimes I mar by going too far,
It's hard to abate a really good jest.

I said enough if you read all my stuff,
There in the rough, most of it's puff,
Forgive and forget, "Hail Fellow well met"
And don't go away in a huff. [comments] => 7 [counter] => 210 [topic] => 7 [informant] => norm [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => HumorPoetry )

Oh, Norm you need not apologize.
Nor even eulogize,
For we know you are a just a lover.
A poet who wouldn't hurt, but just hover.

We all love you dearly I must say
And we would never take your jest in the wrong way!
Now please don't be hurt and run away....
YPDC would be so sad, so please stay!
We love you and didn't you say....we should feel sorry for the poet. I'll say that then and everyone will then know it.
I feel sorry for you Norm....you're a darn good poet!
I throw roses at your feet, and then retreat!
lovingcritters and poets too!

Sometimes our comments are misconstrued
Without our voices,expression we lose
Just typing a comment, can leave a bad smell
When really we meant a nice LOL

Well expressed..even without the voice ;)

I take not you seriously
Sometime I laugh deleriously
When your comments are seen
I know you are not mean

Your heart is grand
I am glad you are my friend
Apoligies are not needed
But your sentiment is heeded

Shari

i always appreciate you.... comments galore
i never really know what you have in store
what you do say is never a bore
you lay it on the line... we get the score
we'll never on you, shut the door
through your words we know your core
the kidder, the norm, that's what poet friends are for!!!
