And take away this pain
Wash the teardrops from my face
So I could see through endless rain

If there was a way to shorten the distance
From my aching heart to head
There would be less agony
Less inside would be dead

There is no end to malevolence
Though God knows I've cried
My head now fills with malice
My soul turns black inside

I cant explain exactly how
Hatred controls my mind
Omnipotence becomes my desire
Love is left behind

So as animosity takes over
And I'm lost throughout the years
Clouded is all that was once clear
And I cry these crimson tears [comments] => 5 [counter] => 192 [topic] => 13 [informant] => glass_rose [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

Oh wow you used some great words there. Excellent but sad write...but sad writes are what I relate to and that makes them even more enjoyable for me to read.

Emma.
