Everything my heart desires,
And then suddenly I’m back in the real world,
God, I’m just so tired.
My heart and my soul
I guess they just need rest
If I want them to survive
This newest test.
I don’t understand
How I get in these messes
Or why I’m the only one
Getting taught life’s lessons.
It doesn’t seem fair to me,
Ya know?
That I’m all alone in a world
So dark, and so cold.
That I even had someone that I could
Hold…
And then it was gone…
My heart no longer bold.
Eternity,
How long is that?
Because that’s how long it seems
Until you come back.
You wanted to make
All of my fairytales come true.
It would have been easier if you wouldn't have come at all
And shown me that the prince I’ve been waiting on… is you. This is so sad....I know exactly what this feels like to have someone and then not have them...in fact I just had to say good bye to someone who I love very much and I wish in a way that they wouldn't have ever entered my life at all....hope things look up for you soon...

This pain is only a shadow of the brightness of love that will replace ur sadness when the right prince comes along. Hopefully it will be very soon. Well written.

Every one of your poems is hitting home for me. The only difference with this one is my princess left and I had actually told her it would have been easier if she never came at all. Then I wouldn't know what I didn't have. Hopefully it gets better.

My heart is with yours
Curtis
