[bodytext] => Shelly had a good life, a good life she once had.
He mother died and she's being raped, her raper's name is dad.
She screams silently everynight in terror, for fear of her dad walking in.
But no one knows and no one hears its a punishment she deals from with in.
" Daddy stop I'll be a good girl, please, please Daddy no more!"
But Daddy doesn't stop he keeps on raping her.
He punches, he slaps, he damn near kills her.
See Daddy is an alcoholic that can't controll his temper.
When he gets out of hand she's the one that has to suffer.
Shelly is pregnant now and she doesn't lknow what to do.
She wants to kill herself because she feels her life has no more use.
Shelly found her Daddy's gun and put it to her head, she thought about her mom before she pulled the trigger.
Now shes dead.
See shelly couldn't take it and now it's all over, becasue she lost her mom and her life to her father. Oh no, not to graphic at all, in fact it is just perfect. It is so sad in this world, that fathers could do that to thier own children, it is bad enough a stranger doing it, but a father and to his own child. What is this world coming to. I think that this poem addresses a fact in life that no one wants to address and it has done so very well. I enjoyed reading it, though it brought tears to my eyes. I will pray for the poor girl who lost her life to her own father.

You have written about this sad but true life situation in such an admirable manner. As stated before, it is not too graphic..just right.

The story to this poem is both sad and touching. It's hard to believe that a father could do this his own child, but it does happen... and also if this is really about someone you knew, than I am sorry also... I enjoyed reading this poem... keep it up!
