where love ceases to matter
where old scars don't glow so bright
where memories too painful to bear
fade from third eyesight
where you become one with Nothing
where you stand alone, without a friend
where all your money doesn't matter
where all things come to an End
when reflection is all you that you have
when the future simply disappears
when you look back and laugh
at silly dreams and pointless fears
when you wistfully realize
there's no tomorrow around the bend
when you accept that there is Nothing Left
when all things come to an End
so many loved ones left behind
so many things left undone
so many reasons that you wish
you had one more trip around the sun
your life, largely unlived
always too busy preparing
aiming to please, bowed head, bent knee
for a god who has stopped caring
handful of pills, a noose, a gun
a sealed garage and running car
a lonely razor that fell in love
with your wrists' beautiful scars
a moonlit cliff, where you can see
that no helping hands extend
depression's seed blooming like a crypt orchid
this is how all things come to an end
too many nights spent alone
too many loves left unprofessed
too many people, too oblivious to
the extent of your distress
when everything feels dead inside
when despair is your only friend
when you close your eyes and pray to die
when everything begins to End

Awesome Roy the last Stanza put tears in my eyes. The second to last stanza blew me away. I do have one suggestion however in yer first stanza you should change all the 'where's' to 'when's' I dunno just sounds better to me. Once again an awesome write.

YOU have a wonderful gift of writing, but I read between the lines
your pain is so much deep within
your eyes cant and wont see the light
that life is much better then what you perseive
and people around you really believe
IN YOU
life is a meaningful thing
when i can touch and read
that the person behind these words i see
is a beautiful thing.
life stopped when you lost your brother
do you think he would say
good.
no he wouldnt and you could had lived your life
smiling so he can see life in you.
think about it.
touch his soul
let him walk with you through this land of gold
one you cant see
one you cant touch
cause your so deep in darkness
you cant see in front of your face
that there is not all evil in this place
i been there and done that
and if i choose to live
then i have to wake up
and live.your choice to live in the world you have created or live in the living
and take your brother places
show him and share with him life he didnt have
and when you meet again
he will say he is glad.if im wrong
i could be
