Afraid to let you see what's really inside.
All these emotions bottled away,
Inside I'm afraid they will forever stay.
You say tell me, I'm here to help,
But you're the reason these feelings are felt.
So how can I say what's really in my heart,
When I know in the end, it will tear you apart. [comments] => 5 [counter] => 171 [topic] => 48 [informant] => Puffer [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

Dear Puffer my dear,
Your parents, are tough, have no fear.
What you say to them, may hurt, but it hurts you more to keep it inside and let it tear,
the relationship you should have with your
Mom and Dad.
Your poem is so heartwrenching, and filled with fear....I can remember when I was scared too...but you're going to be surprized if you do.....tell them a thing or two..It is going to make you feel the fool, I'll bet. They are parents.....and they will forgive and forget!
lovingcritters
