Misjudged Mentality
November 26, 2003
I think that people think,
About what Im thinking.
So we all go around thinking,
Of each others thoughts.
Thats no way to live.
So what if you trip,
Or you slip,
And poeple look and they stare,
Cause youre not going anywhere.
Just stare back,
And move on.
Get up to your feet,
Lets go defeat.
What they think,
What they say,
How they look,
Thats their way.
Thats no way to live.
We cant go around worrying,
Of what others we dont even know,
Think and judge and label us.
It sucks, but we dont have to succumb.
Were not dumb, nor numb,
So we feel their misjudged mentality,
Rating our reality.
Never can we stop and just be ourselves,
We hide the truth in darkened shelves,
And display what we play,
A game for the veiwers.
Anxious and sweating,
Heart pounding and pulse racing.
All Im doing is concentrating,
On pacing,
And debating.
Thats no way to live.
