So wonderful that I couldn't imagine
Cutting it so closely
At the table for one
Graciously beautiful and I couldn't sleep
Dreaming me so lightly
And I'm burned by the sun
Losing so greatly, the things for which I fight
Waiting so patiently
And the time it passes me by
Wondering so opposingly
Evening the odds
But, it's not my turn to try
Not for a joke and laugh, I stir
It's so close and drifting
Things I'll never have
Such a shame it's closed down
It's too bad you're beautiful
Too late for the dreams I'll never have
