Array ( [sid] => 29442 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Do I trust a guy? [time] => 2003-12-15 14:41:54 [hometext] => a guy in my civics class triggered emotions so i had to write about it. [bodytext] => I would love to live a normal life,
to never have my tortured life.

I appear normal and fine around guys,
but inside there is a war going on inside.

Every guy brings back those memories,
every touch, hug, and conversation.

The torture floods back,
running through my blood.

Bringing my mask back to my face,
and turning my heart into stone.

To trust is to relive the past,
to relive the past is to die again.

So the question surfaces in my mind again,
the one that keeps coming back again.

But I push it back into the depths of my mind,
To try not to think of it until next time. I'm taking it your young so I want to comment that when we have been hurt by a male or anyone it is hard to trust again . when you have been abused or had your innocense taken trusting a male is even harder .

So how do we get past the past hurts and learn to love a man when it is a man who has hurt us. You can not conpare all men together and they are as different as night or day and ice cream. Ya icecream and all your problems can be found in the tub of ice cream so many different flavs but finding one you like is the hard part when there are so many to choose.

I'll tell you men can be a pain in the butt but when you meet the right one love is worth it he will be worth it :)

trust a guy but trust him with the same trust he wants from you . Be honest and tell him what you exspect from him

What the desertrose said is exactly what I am thinking......... I don't know what the guys you know has done to you, but I just want you to know this, I had been hurt by girls before, and quite a few times too, but still, that do not make me hate them, I will just stand up by myself again, and carry on searching for that Special Someone...... DO NOT give up hope, DO open your heart........
