Bridge to tomorrow.

Classic memories are haunting
the encounters
the pain the pleasures
round and round
on the carousel of life...
crossing that
bridge
into tomorrow,
yesterdays confusions
replaced by new illusions
l stay awake late at night
and analyze.
Fascination in words
as i slowly fade
although i wanna
i no longer
can do what is not right...
emotional moments are thrilling
i shake and shiver
teardrops form a river
shadows dance
when lightning strikes.
Now that i have crossed that
bridge
it is tomorrow,
as i am thinking
something is missing
another adventure
drops
into my mind.
