Your lips carress my body
Your fingers play with my hair
Your toes have found my ankles
Your heart has found my soul
We lay in bed exhausted
Our bodies tangled as one
Our minds at ease, hearts in sync
And our breathing finally released
This is where my thoughts lie
Each night as I fall asleep
And in the morning when I wake
Those thoughts are still with me
I carry them throughout the day
I keep them close at hand
For if my day turns hectic and weary
They'll put a smile back on my lips
These thoughts of you excite me
They keep my soul at peace
The lift me up when I feel down
Yet they bring me to my knees
I yearn to hold you in my arms
To feel your body near
And when those thoughts enter my mind
They tend to never leave
So know tonite when I close my eyes
Those thoughts of you will fill my dreams
