Today I was angry with my friend
I was hoping for this day to end
I was angry for the way you show
That our friendship couldn't grow
I know you the start of my fears
Causing me to cry all these tears
But still I tried to fake a smile
Hoping to make it easy for a while
You said you are my guiding light
But you know you lost that tonight
Hoping a friend would finally be mine
Helping me know that things are fine
My friend into my life you came
Looking for someone you could blame
Thinking that over me you have power
But to me your like a poisonous flower
