I'm so happy, I could shout,
My friendly bear and his good friend,
Are going to marry and to that end,

I send an invitation to attend
Fort Lauderdale is where they end
Their single life is just about
To stop their life of sin and doubt.

Tomorrow, Monday, The QM2
Is to dock, the voyage through,
The captain said that he would read
The ceremony which is in need.

All you poets, we want you there,
Attend the marriage of my bear,
To wish long life to both the dears,
There will be gins and will be beers.

Don't be surprized, there's more to tale,
Marriage,.. if it does prevail,
Must create a baby cub,
Must indeed, have name to dub.

And that will happen, in due time,
And it will all be set in rhyme,
Nature, know, you cannot rush
Therefore, I will wait and hush. [comments] => 5 [counter] => 165 [topic] => 7 [informant] => norm [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => HumorPoetry )

Dear Norm........so it is a "shotgun" wedding you say.
Wow, that was rushed within a couple of days.
I didn't realize bears could multiply so fast!
They hibernate this time of year....how are you going to keep them awake ?
If the Queen is going to be there, I wouldn't miss it.I always cry at wedding, I'll blubber in her beer.
But remember my 6 dogs...I have to bring them along!
Do your bears bite...or just sing a song!
I'm so happy for you, and I know you are too
for living under your roof sinnin'
just can't be very winnin'!
Look for me, montie and dogs 3 (6) doesn't rhyme!
we'll be there in plenty of time fo drink all your gin
are you payin'?or do we contribute at the gate?
lovingcritters, montie, and dogs 6!
consue
