Array ( [sid] => 32846 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Looking to the Light [time] => 2004-01-27 01:39:52 [hometext] => I actually wrote this poem five years ago, when I was thirteen going on fourteen. It's very dramatic, just like me. Have a laugh and enjoy! [bodytext] => I find myself running down a tunnel of darkness,
blinded by my tears,
Not sure of where I am going or why.
I find myself falling, for my problems have finally caught up to me.
Defeated, I lay on the ground, the burdens of the world on my shoulders, sobbing with pity for others and myself.
I cry until I have no tears, just a whimpering is left, feeling very sorry for myself, and disgusted with the way I have been.
Then I hear a voice there above me saying,
"Its ok, precious child, you'll be fine, for someone cares. I do."
I stand up, dust myself off,
and go toward the light,
to face my problems and the world.

Wow! U have been blessed with a god given talent and the more u glorify him the more joy
he brings.
It's remarkable that at the age 13 that u have such a personal relationship with God.
Most 13 year old has much more on their mind than God.
I'd like to see some of your new work 'cause I know that the talent gets stronger the more u submit to it.
Incredable work for a teen.
luv, huggs,
emy
