With you, I don't remember his face Nor can I remember his voice They're in the back of my mind, in a dark place And they're there cause they had no choice Please don't act like you don't care Cause i know it kills for you to hear how I was treated Let me run my fingers through your fine hair And forget everything like it was all deleted Stop trying to push me away You don't want me to go Please just let me stay Can't you hear me screaming "Don't say no!" I don't want to remember the pain And I don't want to remember the nights of tears I can't stand another time of standing in the rain I need you to help me face my fears I need to move on But I want you by my side Your the only one that makes the hurt be gone And my love for you I can't hide.
