Seek your life, and you shall perish.
Forsaken is the one who dwells within the truth.
Silent is the one who dwells within themself.
Poison is the sweetest nectar;
To the one dying of thirst.
Darkness dwells in light.
Light abides in darkness.
Abide in light alone,
And doom shall fall swiftly upon you
You will will not know what makes you stumble
The world is but a severed chain
The missing link is but a dream.
Yet the world can be a paradise;
To ones who cannot see.
For death seems like a refuge;
For those who long for life,
And life is but a second chance;
To one already dead.
Saved is the one who lives in hell.
For heaven will be all the sweeter;
When their life comes to an end.
Doomed is the one who dwells in peace on earth.
For heaven will be bitter---
For the one who hath never known the taste of unsatisfaction.
Too much of something sweet tastes bitter.
Yet too much of something bitter;
Is a poison within itself.
Life lies within this poison.
Do not partake in the pleasures of this world.
Lest doom be your fate forevermore.

I like your poem, I understand what you try to say,(well, I think I do.*shrug*^_^) But I can not agree with what you say..... I reckon life is just life, nothing more, nothing less, it is all depend on how we look at it and deal with it, just like when you look into the mirror, it smiles when you smile, it cry when you cry, the mirror itself, don't do anything, what you see are all come from youself.... well, that is what I think anyway, let me know if I am wrong.^_^

This is a very depressing poem and the way you wrote it was so wonderful. You have a true gift with words. I hope that you won't seek out death before your time. ~Day~
