Here I comment on Kalika
As she is all pervading energy
And not different from electricity
She cooks all elements and all beings
This cooking is rather known as evolution
Evolution is the law set by Eternal time
Eternal time is known as mother Kalika
By her many cosmic eggs were destroyed
So as to remember reality she was imagined
With a garland of severed heads in her neck
And worshipped as goddess of destruction
None can transgress her law of nature
The causer of evolution is also described
As causer of fights between good and bad
Who affects changes to creation by her force
Hence a sage called her beauty as sole cause
Of creation and cause of desire and change
Yet she cant be differentiated from the glory
Of dance of Lord Siva as his dance is action
A cause of destruction and a cause of creation
Hence present takes place of destroyed past
One act results in both by her divine law
Hence the Divine Mother of universe
Declares in scripture that she will flow
As air element to create all new worlds
And also exist as life force in all creatures
Our inhales and exhales are waves of life force
But not its true form, it activates the brain cells
Life force is used for many works every minute
Depletes rapidly through our breathings irregular
Heavy breathing burst of emotions harm us more
Therefore to increase our soul force
One shall meditate upon mother divine
Through a word principle or a prayer serene
Or by concentrating on the movements of breath
As it gives energy to all senses, limbs and mind
And finally leads through golden path of Salvation!

So, for every action there is a reaction? I shall concentrate more on my breathing to control my life force. I hope to be here too see my grandchildren grown. Venkat, this is a very remarkable piece of work.
