so i thought when i couldn't feel my head
it happened again another mess in the pile
but i should better in just a little while
you know i'll pray for something to breathe
not this rollercoaster that makes me heave
i think of another way to try and relax
but i'll never relax no i couldn't relax

waiting for daylight to come
it could be the only one...

forget
i'm wasting all my time.
pass another regret
you know it's always mine.
and when the progress of late calls for change
i should be moving on.
well i'd come along now
but i'm wasting all my time.

timed to the second of what it would be
a secondhand guess could be a new certainty
believe in the best and whatever comes next
it's another test so i won't be perplexed
you're in another world and that's fine
that's my hope when it succumbs my mind
i've found it simple to live and forget
but why i can't i forget i'll never forget

waiting for daylight to come
well here's another one...

forget
i'm wasting all my time.
pass another prospect
this one could draw the line.
when the progress of late calls for a new change
i would get along it.
well why don't i go for it
i'm just wasting all my time.

passing through the quotes
hidden letters and the notes
oh what are they for now?
they don't make any sense
but the last thing you know
will be a first thing to go
how long does it take now?
it doesn't make any sense

suggestion in my eye speaks a new wave
i'm not surfing it down to the sea of grey
the bay of conscious is filled to the end
but yet again there is room for a friend
i know you go and you'll work it just right
the more i fight i think that you're right
i might befriend you with things i've said
you know what's in my head... it doesn't end

waiting for daylight to come
could you bring another one...

forget
i'm wasting all my time
just another reject
of that whimful thought in mind.
the progress of late calls for a change of name
i will get on it.
just wait a moment
as i'm wasting all my time. [comments] => 13 [counter] => 277 [topic] => 48 [informant] => remy [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

I can only hope you days are not that desolate. Maybe a nice cup of warm tea instead before bed would help??? lol. I honestly am not sure I am reading this correctly. I certainly hope I am not.

well, you certainly didn't waste any of your time writing this - and I didn't waste my time reading it. So there. lol.
This had a spade or two of originality to it, and that's always a plus in my manual.
Good write.
