who is an amazing talent in poetry
his poems and songs are amazing to read
he is destined to do nothing but succeed
his songs are touching filled with love,
their are many about his country and God above
i have come to value his opinion more each day
cos he inspires me in such a wonderful way
it makes me write and not be afraid to bare
all thats in my heart that openly share
no longer confined by whether or not people care
he in i in this poetry world make quite a pair
he tries to understand me and all im about
he never leaves me in a mind of doubt
he is and old soul wise beyond his years
but he is open to all the advice that he hears
i guess that's what i admire in him most
that fact that he is so humble and doesnt boast
good friends are so hard to find
and im just happy that he is mine
so in closing this i would like to say
im glad that God sent such a friend my way

i have a friend who's dear to me
who is an amazing talent in poetry
his poems and songs are amazing to read
he is destined to do nothing but succeed
his songs are touching filled with love,
their are many about his country and God above
i have come to value his opinion more each day
cos he inspires me in such a wonderful way
it makes me write and not be afraid to bare

first of all Desire, I must say to you 'HE THAT HAS A FRIEND IS NOT POOR'... and your case is no exemption. What one gets is what one puts... if u don't give good friendship, you don't get back good friendship. So this poem simply shows what a wonderful friend you are to EUGENE, if not you wouldn't be getting back all what your poem says about him. I call this poem, ODE TO EUGENE and it is wonderfully written friend. I must authoritatively state that Eugene must be a lucky person to have u as a friend... and for u to have gone public with those sweet wishes through poetry, you deserve a laurel for that... surely what you will get will be better friendship. Keep writing the good things you write DESIRE, words fail me here.. what can I say. I will say, you are hitting us with a different kind of writing... I am happy to always keep your works.....

Hei DESIRE, I am here now. I want to say thanks for a poem well written. Also, I want to let you know that i feel very proud and loved to have myself written about by a good poet like you. Friendship is a wonderful thing, but it becomes a gift when it is with someone like you. Word fail me.... can't talk much because i am just feeling high that I can be rated high. Thank you... thank you!!!!
