Smallest things wind me up,
I lose my temper/lose control,
Say things I dont mean,
Act Like I dont give a *****
When really my rage consumes me whole,
Sometimes I turn out obscene

Alec, we all let our tempers get the best of us at times. It generally only causes more problem for us than we had to begin with, but we are all human and make mistakes. Just remember that when you get upset or angry, don't make any decisions or act upon rash thoughts before you reach your cool down mode. That was a lesson hard learned for me personally after causing myself a lot of grief and heartache. My best to you, Rita

Alec I have given you top marks for being honest. We all lose our tempers occasionaly . Good poem cheers from bernard
