Influential skies combine with my influential rains
Fascination of time will never roll on my pains
Through the hunger one may have, its on starvation it relies
Striving on my future goals, striving for new highs
Clearings of our generation will always break the falls
The direction the wind flows is in the name at which it calls
All senses will procrastinate the illusion to touch and feel
Dreams of my sensations will continue through what's not real
The things you once did may never be able to rewind
But it's on the rain waves that relies on your mind
The water in the air will then start to seek through
The hole will lead to thoughts never knew
Never forgotten words will always be freed
But the way you take may not be the way you lead
The things you once had is all but what you need
Through the path of success is not that path to succeed

A good poem to make the reader think . . . the line "Through the hunger one may have, its on starvation it relies" really got to me. I think this is gonna be one of those I reread a few times-- well done.
