When i'm close to you
I couldn't be farther away
I miss you all the time
Yet don't care if I miss a day
You are the love of my life
Yet I hate you just the same
I want to be with you
Yet we're in the slow lane
The same old thing
Just another meaningless kiss
Almost a force of habit
Why does it have to be like this?
I want to be with you forever
Yet I feel that I should go
No matter how hard I try
My heart can't do so
So what am I to do?
Be together and sad
Or be without you?
And forever be mad
But what is the answer?
Will I ever really know?
You make me a better person
That's why I can never let you go
